One thing to relieve my stress.

I believe the one most important thing for me to relieve my stress is self-management. It helps you avoid being stressed, knowing how to control yourself, and being able to be productive. For example, as a teenager sometimes I play too much games causing me to forget to do the important stuff like homework, chores, physical activities, enough sleep, etc. It makes me stressed when I missed doing something that is important. So It is bad to focus on one thing when you have other important stuff to do. And that's why I think that self-management is what you need to avoid those things.
